Happy New Year or should I say Welcome to the New Decade! Last year was great but I look forward to better things coming my way this 2020. For sure, as always, God and the universe have the best in mind for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- Good Health. This means longer restorative sleep, more vegetables and fruits in my diet as well as eight glasses of water.
- Fit Tin. Daily yoga upon waking up and before sleeping. Swimming once to twice a week.
- Mindfulness. Regularly update my vision board and write on my gratitude journal. Deliberately recognize all the positivity in every situation. Consistent Sunday digital detox. I also wish to practice meditation even just for 5 to 15 minutes a day.
- Spirituality. Verbalize my thanks to God and the universe for everyone and everything. My karma is how I react to and treat others. Be a Buddha and Christ at all times.
- Beauty. Maintain my youthful look through my regular skin care routine (double-cleansing, exfoliation, toner, moisturizer, sleeping mask) and simple make-up (basics like foundation, eyebrows, blush, lipstick). And of course, the most important one, sunscreen everyday!
- Elegance. I aim to always be “captivatin”. I want to remain classy with the way I carry myself through my words and manners. That I would dress and smile like the lady that I am.
- Financial Independence. Last year, I have started educating myself more about money, finance, and early retirement. This year, I would continue on keeping track of my cash flow, budget, and networth. I would utilize other income-generating strategies while remaining living below my means.
- Portfolio. This pertains to not just my finances but also expanding my career. I want to maximize opportunities that lead to positive cash flow at the same time help me to become a well-rounded professional.
- Soft-skills. I will continue to build skills that are beyond OT like entrepreneurship, finance, blogging, website design, and cooking.
- New Language. This year I will tick off learning and speaking another language from my bucketlist.
- Writing. Posting meaningful content and blogging at least once or twice a month.
- Reading. I wanna go back to pouring over fiction. Maybe some Jane Austen. Books and chill.
- Cooking. One of my biggest discoveries in 2019 is that I actually like cooking and I could be good at it. I would keep on learning different recipes and who knows I would be able to create my own.
- Decluttering. Show my minimalist side. Let go of unncessary items. Lessen papers. Go towards the path of being capable of living in a suitcase in the future.
- Family Time. Spending Sundays at home.
- Friendship. Cherishing true friends then and now.
- Passport Renewal. I can’t believe that it’s almost 5 years!
- New Continent/s. I look forward to stepping into another continent/s, traveling and creating new experiences with my favorite person.
- Winter. This tropical girl wants stylish coats, snow, ski, and snowman.
- Lovely Reunion. con mi favorito.
